Aidan Moynihan - Owner - Vice President
Aidan joined Island Energy in 2022 as an apprentice. His experiences have brought a great deal of talent to our team. He is currently working as both a Gas Fitting and Refrigeration Apprentice as well as learning a great deal about Hydronic, Solar and Geothermal fields.
Parker Boyd - Owner - President
Parker has been working with Island Energy since 2014 as both a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic as well as a Journeyman Gas Fitter. In his time with Island Energy he has expanded his knowledge into the Solar, Geothermal and Hydronic Heating Industries.
Parker began his HVAC career in 2003 and for over 20 years has refined is ability in all aspects of the business.

Heather Cattell - Owner - Operations Manager
Heather came to Island Energy in 1995 working in Accounting and Administration and eventually became a Partner in the business. Heather has over 25 years experience in the HVAC industry from administration to sales. She currently does Inside Sales and oversees the General Operations in the office including Accounting.
Rob Barry ~ Founder & Mentor
Rob Barry has been installing solar heating systems since 1979 and became an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T) in 1982, expanding his field into building science and HVAC design and analysis. He is considered one of Vancouver Island's foremost experts on solar heating technology. Rob has taught solar application courses for various Colleges and has provided consultation and design for many local engineers, building professionals and home owners in the HVAC field.
Rob makes it his personal mission to protect the environment, at least, on his corner of the earth. As such, Island Energy not only provides sustainable and highly efficient energy systems but also practices full recycling and water management procedures in our workplace and at job sites.
